PROCESSING TIME:

• Ready-made garments and/or single garments ready to be delivered: they will be prepared within 1-3 working days once payment has been accepted.
• Garments made to order: depending on the product, they will be prepared within 1-2 weeks once payment has been accepted. This will be added to the delivery time.

We ship Worldwide.
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout according to the weight of the product.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Spain: 1-4 working days
Europe: 2-7 working days
Rest of the countries: 2-4 weeks

All orders will be sent via Correos de España.
Orders outside the European Union, taxes, customs charges or any other expenses will be charged exclusively to the customer.
The delivery time is estimated and we cannot predict delays with the postal service or at customs. Due to COV-19, there may be more delays than usual.

At Sosle Tango – Boutique we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you would like to return it for any reason, we accept returns as long as the return conditions are met.

First of all, you must send us an email to info@sosletango.com explaining the reasons for the return and we will contact you to figure out the best method to refund you.

Return conditions:

• The item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed and in perfect condition. Please be careful with make-up or deodorant stains.
• The item(s) must have all tags and should be sent back in the original packaging if possible.
• Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product.
• If a custom-made order has been placed, it cannot be returned.
• No item will be accepted unless an email has been sent to info@sosletango.comwithout our confirmation.

The cost of returning items will be charged to the customer as well as customs charges and fees in the case of being outside the European Union.

If these conditions are met, we will proceed with a refund in the same method of payment with which the purchase was made. We will make the refund within 15 days once we receive the returned product.
